Where we ship
We currently ship across India.
Delivery time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered in 4–7 business days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.
Shipping charges
Free shipping on orders of ₹999 or more. Below that, shipping is calculated based on your order's weight and shown at checkout before you pay — there's no surprise fee added afterward.
Payment on delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on serviceable pin codes, alongside UPI and card payments.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also check order status from your account.
Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to courier disruptions, weather, or address/serviceability issues beyond our control. We'll keep you updated if this happens.
Failed delivery
If a package can't be delivered because of an incorrect address or an unreachable recipient, it may be returned to us. In that case, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund minus original shipping costs.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your package on delivery. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours at info@sundry.in with photos, and we'll sort it out — replacement, refund, or reship.
