Return window
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as they're unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
How to start a return
Email info@sundry.in with your order number and the reason for return. We'll arrange a pickup from your address where available, or share drop-off instructions.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following can't be returned unless defective on arrival: personal care/beauty items that have been opened or used, and any item marked "Final Sale" on its product page.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, your choice.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or as store credit for COD orders, at your preference) within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Want a different size/variant instead of a refund? Mention that when you contact us and we'll arrange it, subject to availability.
Late or missing refunds
If it's been more than 7 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, check with your bank/card provider first, then contact us at info@sundry.in.
